We keep trying real hard to break through $10.50, but can't seem to manage. A round of buying always steps in. If we break $10.50, we will be back into single digits quickly.

The two things in the shorts favor still remain - this is a $4.00 stock and there are only 13 days left after today sell and use the capital loss on your 1999 return.
