Always you get a collar (what you refer to as a bubble protection clause). NN is so cheap it hurts to think how bad the management has been. NN Board Directors must be composed of double digit IQ City. Canada (here is a stereotype for ya) is weak in tech management area though incredibly strong in tech.

NN R&D Group + installed base + new products = a pretty compelling value.

Last Friday, stock closed very weak. Curious to see what happens today.
