International Internet Compliant with OTC-BB Listing Requirements BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 9, 1999--International Internet, Inc. (OTCBB:IINN) announced today that it is now in compliance with all requirements for continued listing on the OTC-BB. International Internet filed a Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 8, 1999. The company now has 60 days to file an amended Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which must include consolidated financial statements. On November 26, 1999, International Internet acquired Caprock Corporation and subsequently merged into itself, which was a reporting company under Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
