Garcea is another dorky, shortsighted, wimpy Canadian analyst whose claim to fame was that he was toilet trained by the age of 14 months. Two years ago he had a target price of $75 CDN for CGI Group (N:GIB , TSE: GIB.a) . That stock just today hit $47 CDN (Toronto), 15 months after his $75 call. Nice going Garcea...BTW, Garcea, have you ever heard of Linux OS, and the $9 target does it include the growth potential offered to CORL by the new Operating System???
