CANDLESTICK--From your post to me I can tell that you are not
a very professional person. So let me reply to you in words more
suited to your level of conversation:
1-If you werent such an ass----, you would have done YOUR RESEARCH
and see that I have a background in the office products that qualifies
my statements to be more than "off the cuff comments from some baffoon
or short seller". Anytime you want to debate the specifics of any
office products company you will end up looking like your ass is
up your head. (How am I doing? Am I down to your level o.k.?}.
2.Your comment:
" many of these aquisitions are going to throw off MORE cash than expected now that it all must be accounted for and the CENTRALIZATION of all these companies will serve to lower operations costs and improve the bottom line" shows your mouth is bigger than your brain.
The major weakness of OFIS is that IT IS THE ONLY ONE OF THE
OFFICE PRODUCTS COMPANIES THAT IS NOT TOTALLY CENTRALIZING THEIR OPERATIONS.
Read my post again or have someone more intelligent read it and
explain it to you. You will see or be explained to that this is
one of OFIS major weaknesses.
3.These companies that OFIS acquired were at best the #3 or 4
company in their marketplace. They took the stock deal because none
of the other major players wanted to acquire them and if they didnt
take the stock the major players would have wiped them out. Now
dipstick or is it candlestick (whatever) does that sound like the
makings of a good long term company?
4.This is only a small amount of what I can tell you about OFIS or
any of its competitors. We can discuss it on your level or be
professional about it. Its your choice.
5.And finally why is it that the idiots of SI always use nicknames
and never show their email number or anything about their profile.
What are you hiding from dipstick? Or are we supposed to create our
own image of you?

Be More Professional!
