Depreciation for the third quarter totaled $5.246 MM. Multiply that by 4 and you have your missing $20.0MM. The current ratio is about one to one so I wouldn't worry about them having enough cash to run the stores. Normally, restaurants have negative working capital but then they are turning their receivables every three or four days. Gotta love those credit cards.

It does look like a tremendous bargain at this level but I think that I am going to let it settle for a while before jumping in. We may see some tax selling.
