Hi Carolyn, My day was busy.....ready for more eggnog, without the kick. Mike does like the carpeting..it looks elegant. We are decorating indoors this weekend as well, and into Monday, as the children do not have school. We are also going on our yearly family Nutcracker outing. As for the tree.....I would generally say.....REAL.....but the mood I am in right now...says...Artifical..... I have just spent to much time cleaning to think of dealing with pine needles..... On the other hand......I would treasure the scent of fresh pine in the house..... Favorite type.....Douglas Fir. Jane
