I also was not allocated any shares of FMKT. I called MSDW to try to find out why I was not given any shares, and they forwarded me to the voice mail of the person who could answer my question. His voice mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. I called back and was given an email address to try (offerings@online.msdw.com). I sent email to that address and I just got a an email from their mail system with the subject "Warning: could not send message for past 4 hours". I will transfer my account to Brown & Co. before MSDW's commisions go up. jwag
