M2,

Have been accumulating NITE for several weeks with the intention of holding until mid-Jan, if necessary. Currently, hold a significant position with avg. basis in low 40s. I think all of the reasons it finally made its push through upper 40s are still in place and should continue through their next earnings period. Have been trying to defer as many gains as I can into next year, but as volatility continues this has been getting more difficult/concerning.

I picked some up this past Tues.--2 days before the major tank job--at 36. Have been considering adding, but have held back. Hindsight is great....if I knew at yesterday's open what I know now, I would have tried to buy more in the low 20s. Still think that may be a possibility so intend to wait and see if we get 25 or less. At this point in time, I am inclined to believe that the "accounting" issue is way overblown. Rudedog evidently has a significant position in TYC and there has been some discussion of the situation on the CPQ thread. (Not much else to discuss over there, I guess.)

Congrats--so far--with your RAMP purchase.

Good Luck!!
