wily: It's an IRS rule. Whenever you sell a stock at a loss, if you want to write that loss off against your gains for the year you may not reinvest in that same stock within 30 days or the write off is void. As it is turning out, I have made considerable money by just not being in this stock. What a shame for such a good potential story. Some stocks out there don't have 1/100th the potential this one has, and yet they are going through the roof. Well, maybe someday...
