We are in a momentum bear market (duh) - one the likes of which Amerindo has never weathered before. Stocks that have any POSSIBILITY of future disappointment are not going up - even if the current fundamentals are great and even if they BLOW OUT the numbers. Here are just a few examples of companies that blew out and their associated POSSIBLE future problems:

ASND : drag from CSCC, saturation in networking
CPQ: slackening top line
JBIL: sells to networkers
RMDY: too many competitors, sequentially lower revenue growth
VVUS: Looming competiton (ZONA, PFE), valuation concerns

See the pattern? Of course, there is no such thing as a riskless name (except for KO? LOL). But this is no time to be a hero on the long side. I think the market's fall resumes soon, and the next leg down will be a real bruiser.

RMDY will be a great pig to ride down to 20X 1997 eps, ~$17 5/8.

Best wishes.
