No news, no promo, no nothin, till Enviro DD done and closed

From the material change report on Sedar....

"Both parties intend to close the transaction on or BEFORE December 31, 1999"

I would agree that we have no news before this deal closes but for all we know it has already closed and the next news release will be another multiple surprise one with the Enviro deal closing being only part of the release.....and hopefully this one will be released to everyone properly<ggg>
