Frank Capiello on WSW just backed a raising of margin rates to 70%.

Ever notice how little anybody speaks about possible excesses among the BIG PLAYERS in this game? Who is offering these HOT ipos anyway, and does the way in which they do it have anything to do with their response in terms of prices zooming up? The WSJ this week made clear that indeed there IS a relationship.

If we are going to talk about reining in investors, let us include ALL in that category.
