SEATTLE (Dow Jones)--Nortel Networks Corp. (NT) said it has entered into a
wireless network equipment and services supply agreement with AT&T Corp. (T)
that could be worth $600 million over three years.
In a news release, Nortel said the agreement is part of a multi-vendor
strategy announced by AT&T in August.
Nortel Networks is expected to supply TDMA IS-136 wireless equipment and
services in Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.
AT&T is a telecommunications services and technology company.
Nortel Networks, Brampton, Ont., is a networks-communications company.
