We aren't hitting these lows because of tax losses, the stock is of little value, it hasn't made a dime in a long time, the cash is running out, and the only really solid viable option has been spun off into a new company. The stock is worth .45 Canadian cents, where I live that is about 12 minutes parking. If management manages somehow to hang on to Springboard, and I am betting it gets taken over by Bombardier or someone with an interest in Subway cars, then there may be revenue in one or perhaps 2 years, but this company can't survive that long and pay the guys on top their rather bloated salaries. (betcha they all get a performance bonus this year) So if they sell Springboard, then they can play executive for a few more years, but then they have no solid way to make a buck. So where do we go from this point? They hold too many shares to boot them out, so the option is to bale........
