Rande - This is a nice assessment. I'm long PLCOP, 2-3 year hold if necessary, so I'm happy if they don't mess up by trying to force things short-term. What's your guess on PLCO price when PLCOP can be converted to six shares of PLCO starting 12/29/99? Does PLCO stay about the same (in which case PLCOP is a real buy now) or does PLCO sink to 1/6 of PLCOP? Jim
