Jay, I have been charting IDEC and it is a broken down chart that shows signs of putting in a bottom now but not clearly defined yet. Also on the DW page to PHLX exchange charts it shows the sector in a bear confirmed at 22 and below the bottom indication on that chart. I was interested in the source for your relative strength chart. Do you do your own charting or is it available on the net. Also, did it just signal a buy or has it been there a while? As I understand once a p&f relative strengh turns to a buy it is a long term signal for the stock. Thanks for your input and I look forward to your response.
