Dear Mr. Converse,

Again I disclose that I am a Director of Barramundi Gold Ltd., and reiterate that Silicon Investor is not a forum in which I or the other Directors propose to release information as a properly disseminated Press Release is the means by which this is done.

A number of the questions you raise are connected to the action Mr. Burban has brought against the Company which as disclosed by Press Release, Barramundi is defending. As such, I do not believe it is appropriate to respond to these questions while this action is in process.

Hopefully, you recieve copies of the Company's Press releaes and Quarterly Reports and this do provide an update of the Companys activities. The Companys Annual Report is also in the process of preparation and will be mailed out in about a month with the Annual General Meeting to be held thereafter. You are of course welcome to attend the AGM and ask questions at that forum.

I would also ask if you have read the Independent review and recommendation on Barramundi Gold Ltd., prepared by Mr. Jay Taylor, a newsletter writer. Copies of this were distributed to all shareholders with copies of the nnual Accounts, are also available from Barramundi's office and will be posted on the web-site. This independent review is, in my opinion, very strong in its evaluation and approval of the Newmont transaction, and again I believe this was reflected in the voting at the EGM with 100% of votes cast or close thereto in favour of all the resolutions relating to ratifying the Newmont transaction.

You or any other shareholders are of course free to contact the Company's office should you wish to discuss your concerns further to the extent we are able to do so as again I reiterate that Silicon Investor is not a forum we have or will ever use to disseminate information.

Regards,
