Of no interest to me at the moment......... Cesar (PR) in FL BS'd me about timing - NECX is way behind schedule - may be good mid-2000. O/T Piece of advice: Buy LGOV quickly or wish you had..!! HRCT has 1-license to do business in China, LGOV has 11-license[s]....., you do the math.... Also, a company to buy at better price than NECX is TXMC at 0.20+/- LGOV + TXMC will give you mucho throw-away money to bet on NECX. Skeptical friend laughed and spent $1G on LGOV - six months ago; now has $24+Gs; do what ya gotta do....... John :-)
