Since FMKT was brought out by Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley the allocation was diluted already because two firms were involved. I know of people who have full service accounts with big money in Morgan Stanley. They usually get shares for most IPO's that Morgan Stanley bring out. These guys have made big money this year because of the IPO activity through Morgan Stanley. They were told in advance that FMKT shares were going to be thin.

The best way to get into the IPO's is to be with a full service broker that is doing the IPO. Morgan Stanley has done ALOT of IPO's this year. The online accounts will be treated as second class with them.
