I was wondering the same thing re: the finality of any decisions pertaining to bankruptcy -- I sent an e-mail inquiry to their investor relations dept. -- wonder if I'll get any response (missed CNBC's reporting, though it wouldn't be the first time they reported inaccurately, ie., VONE being a $3 stock per Tom Costello last week).
