I sense a management shakeup. The board cannot be happy with the way the CEO and CFO seem to be slow to hear the news. There is something that smells here and I think it is lousy top management. They can't keep blaming Brazil,Y2K, and US exchange rates forever. The dividend is not sacred and could be trimmed as part of a general restructure. Wall Street does not take prisoners; in this market of soaring tech XRX sticks out like a sore thumb as an underachiever. I can't see many money managers buying the stock when they could buying from a long list of obvious winners..XRX meet Compaq. Verdict: HOLD
