look at any information technology site like www.monster.com and search for quintus programming positions. Now search for Vantive, Clarify, Siebel, Remedy.

There is nobody hiring for Quintus. Quintus needs to get their act together and get their product out there and known and used or this market cap is going to shrink.

I still say Quintus is a very good product. It has some unique features, for example it has the ability to be highly customized, and it has CTI integrated into the product. It also has a unique architecture whereby all the GUI and scripting references are uploaded and stored in the RDBMS which is handy for production rollouts.
