So you really don't have an associate broker at MSDW you can talk to.

I talked to MSDW's brokers here in Bellevue, WA. The highest allocation for a broker is 15 shares, many just got 10, several got Zilch.
In order to get in, you need to have 100K there, that is it.
But no guarantee you can get it.
But it seems to me that you can have better luck going directly online, without talking to a broker.
