Summit(SEVT) is involved in the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of
biodegradable, non-toxic cleaning, chemical, and fire suppression agents.
The product, FlameOut is the only EPA approved replacement for Halon 1211 for
both residential and commercial fire fighting applications. Halon has been banned
globally due to its ozone depleting capabilities and possible carcinogenic effects by
the 1992 Geneva Peace Conference. FlameOut is packaged in an aerosol can
making FirePower911 the first ever rated fire extinguisher in an aerosol can.
Ultimate Clean 668 is a cleaning agent that is a revolutionary cleaner and is being
marketed and
tested by the aviation industry and military. The suppressant is patented and SEVT
has been assigned such.
International Aero home ,http://www.intl-aero.com/home.html , the world's largest
reconfiguration company of commercial airlines, markets these products through
Pyrogen Pyrogen Home Page , pyrogen.com , aero02 ,

International Aero's Director of Research and on the Board of Directors in SEVT is
John Brooks, formerly the head of fire suppression with the United States Navy.

commitments from Continental, Delta, and Northwest airlines.

will be extracted from this 30-minute production. The program will air nationally on
the Discovery, Learning, or Bravo Channels, or on CNBC. It
will be rebroadcast once every other week for six months. We believe this program
will generate investor interest, support the convenience and retail grocery sales
initiative and produce direct sales from the home office. A 60-second FirePower
911(TM) support ad for the local retailers will begin December 10, 1999 on local
CBS or local cable affiliates, where FirePower 911(TM) is on the shelves.
