Thomas, I heard the report on CNBC that the SEC would be looking into the short sellers. I don't recall if they mentioned TICE specifically. I find it amusing that some folks think that taking a short position and then saying untrue things to 'scare' investors out of their positions is a viable strategy, or one that would be practiced by any but the most foolish. It also seems strange that there aren't many complaints when the longs hype their POS stocks up. One need only go to the SEC site and look at the disciplinary actions for stock manipulations to see that the longs have just about monopolized the field of stock manipulation.
