I'm a little confused on what to do with my MMWW. I bought in less than a year ago at 16 1/2. Do I take the money now, or wait until MMWW stockholders receive shares of XPDR?

Also, how would the stock react once the IPO has been priced and is trading. I assume MMWW will drop, since the current owners would be the only one receiving shares of XPDR? Actually I don't think anyone knows the cutoff for holding MMWW and getting the XPDR spinoff.

I would like to hold until next year, as I have enough capital gains to worry about for taxes this year.
