rick, maybe i can add a little thought to the process .. in february, babish and koch did not want to get a new ceo babish wanted the job , but, to do it, he had to make an attempt to give it to someone else. so they interviewed and interviewed . just think, they had to say, yes, and one was hired! but, nope, they delayed, not keith.. as to producr rollout. it was john babish and kochs who were the ones that decided to delay the roll out and to give it to east west to handle. i think it was a good idea, but, it caused delays. now as this fda story.. now it may rain, snow, or sun shine next thursday, but i can't say for sure it will not do all three or even do different.my point? the fda is not involved at this time with the products.yes they can . but, they are not holding up or effecting production. the laeling and all the packaging is done by east west and they have done this before and its common to them. i think the thinking has to go back to what are the products, the possibility of going foward and the time frames. as to all these clinical trials.. hank can answer this better. but, here goes from me<grin> if they proceed with additional trials they get caught up in needing fda approvals and cannot sell them as natural products under that "act". so they must sell them first in the market place, then proceed to the long , grueling, fda route. r4emeber, natural products generate sales and profits. fda route burns cash and no profits. for years as to a sales or financial or a research, or anyone else. they are all rentable and all can and will do the job. look at the board of directors. between them, the know hundreds if not thousands of candidates for any position prln wants filled. keith rhodes? he know the company. was the leader for yers. he has the backing of the serious investors and the board. remember folks, boards run companies any way they like if they have the control. they have the control..there are no contenders left. so button down the hatch, sink, and learn to swim and see the surface again. or, something like that. stock price is terrible. objectives still on target. cash..almost three million .. more available if needed. its not needed. as to the east west deal.. prln has a contract for one year to launch products and paid them 200 thousand dollars for this. then they loaned east west lots of money that would have to be repaid and they do not want it back. they want in on this deal. remember, east west is doing all the marketing..everything.. hope i helped in the thinking process. we will have other thoughts as we all have our different needs. |
