Ravi, hard to say but here is an interesting site where you can see varied opinions on the subject from people from many countries. news2.thls.bbc.co.uk There was an article at the BBC site showing which countries are compliant and to what extent but I can't seem to find the link.I don't think any one country was listed as being 100% compliant. USA was on the top with +85% compliance followed by UK I think. If you are in doubt stay in cash until things sort itself out. I am considering taking advantage of any opportunities that may arise out this from the market. As for me, I am a trader these days so I am not worried all that much.
