Jay: Yep, the time to start worrying is when some journalist comes out and says that a bear market is just what the doctor may have ordered. But then the guy argues that a bear market would not really slow the economy down by all that much by itself. I don't get it. I know one thing is for sure. This guy would not be writing the same material in the midst of a bear market. What this guy is really saying to all of us is that he is complacent.
