Avoiding at this point is not the way to play it. You buy some here, and if it pulls back, then you double down. Its obvious that THEY requested the inquiry, so the odds of negative news coming out is very slim. By the time you jump in, you will be paying over 40. It makes no sense to wait, unless you really think its going to $.01.
The technicals are very buy positive, this will not last long.
