The purpose of this series of posts is not so much what Riley posted as to what the company said regarding no more shares being issued. When I get the time I will be transcribing a letter written by Gary Morgan that some will find interesting.

No more shares will be issued as OVIS wants to move over to the AMEX or
NASDAQ and the last time they tried the MM and the bears shorted the crap out of it.

The cartel has been told by the company that no more shares will be issued.

BTW. The news about the letter of inter on 19 Aug. 1997 was a win-win situation.
OVIS has to pay nothing for the company is buying for one year. Great news for the
present shareholders..

Even without a short squeeze OVIS should be at $15 to $20 in a year with it's projected
$15 plus Million revenues.
