Sapper... Thanks for the info, I stand corrected... When I saw the VEN news I quickly went to the most recent Sedar filing and pulled the numbers from their quarter report filed a few weeks ago and didn't see that news release or statement about debt repayment. It shows that debt. for the period ending Sept. 30/99 on their quarters. It does look a little better now that you have given me that information and it will more than likely have a little momentum given Fridays volume. However cash-debt. = ~0, they have ~160 million shares FD and have a large burn rate. Their large Lihir Gold holdings are what is keeping the a large amount of the value in this company. I still would not call it a solid, long term investment. I wasn't planning on investing so I didn't do my normal DD before I posted the numbers but I will try and dig a little deeper before I post any numbers next time.
