Rod, I just bought last week at $.75, so don't count me out. The fact of the matter is that they attempted a very beneficial (to HEC) redemption of the debs, and they failed. Someone screwed up on this one which ever way you look at it. I would not be surprised if that exercise cost more than $300,000. Zeev
