That's because they outsource fulfillment. They do? To who? I would say that outsourcing would mean they should be able to meet commitments by Dec. 25th. Theres no excuse then. If they were building their own fulfillment infrastructure, with an eye to optimize, that would be different, since unlike etoys and the nichey dot coms they would have to come online all at once with huge capacity. I could forgive them for THAT. Oh geez, these brick and mortars are toast.
