Same thing happened to me.

I got 50 shares, but also a "no allocation" email message, although I did not read the "no allocation" email message until after the shares showed up in my MSDW Online account.

Just another e-commerce glitch?

Seems as if applying for the IPO online was much more successful than going through a "live" broker.

If you go through a "live" broker, you may be limited to the allocation of your local office. If you go through an online account, you're not restricted by geographic barriers.

Perhaps they have a separate allocation specifically for online accounts?

What do you think? Does this make sense?
