RAIN needs a CEO who is strong in operations. I give the company "A" for promotional marketing, but a flunking grade for on-going operations. RAIN gets an "A" for bringing in the first-time customer, but is failing at retaining their customers. I find it sad that annual sales failed to rise even though 20% more stores were opened. I had a margarita at a bar in New Haven, and it was a much better margarita than the margarita that RAIN served me. (Chi-Chi's margarita ranked in the middle of the two.) RAIN is still serving that cardboard pizza too... Bottom line is that the people at the restaurants need to be better trained (with morning videos and group discussions?) Ted the Technician
