I know what you mean about "false starts" Shaw. That concerned me too. I went back and looked at those periods. The two main differences are:

1) Much more sustained buying this time around on better volume...not just a big pop on nothing.

2) Huge buying by Merill. This was not evident on any of the previous occasions where the stock blipped up.

As for the options, still looking into that one. Even with them counted in, this is still a tiny float.
