Earthling: Point well taken. However, what effect if any will the estimated 7mill Specular cost have on 2nd qtr stock action? As you know, MTLS' stock action has dropped upon reporting aquisition costs; and they have been doing a lot of buying '96 and '97. So, if the 2nd qtr yields reduced net profits (aquisition costs) then yes, the 3rd qtr could be the qtr that kicks MTLS' stock action into a strong upward bias . If you look at the chart, MTLS had been dropping since Nov '96
