In addition to what you have posted regarding the chip reader, Virtek has also completed the acquisition of LaserTechniek which gives them exposure to the European markets as well as Aerospace Templating business from GSI Lumonics. This alone is expected to increase revenues by 4 mil per year foe the next five years. Don't know what is holding it back at these levels other than a lack of promotion. Should prove to be a good long term hold.
