Hardy Boy: Where have you been; starring in another book? This is old news. This kind of "bad" news was discounted weeks ago. The reason for the recent weakness prior to Fridays strength was due to the fact that the government's case is so weak that MSFT will go the whole route right to the Supreme Court if they have to. That will probably not be necessary as the Appellate Court is liable to reject the District Court.JFD
