Caxton,

I am using the same provider that I have been using for three years, GTE. I never had a problem using my Sony CDMA phone for over two years.

One of my problems could have been service related, but Engineer told me that was a bug in the handset firmware. As for the other bugs, I am pretty sure they are independent of the service provider. Maybe I should upgrade the firmware as Engineer suggested. But the point is that if a product is not ready for shipment, it should NOT be shipped. This is an embedded consumer device, the QA procedure should be much tough than a PC. Since when did your frige crash and required an AC reset? A phone should never require one either.
