Hi Kben,

I've revisited a stock that I began to track about 4 years ago. Hold onto something here...it's a REIT.
KRT.
Back toward the end of '95 REIT's were showing the possibility of a turnaround. And, well, what with the dividend payout on them at the time, the notion was at least entertaining. A price move up started to gain a little momentum but the charts broke down.

Well here we are with REITs at another point where a turnaround is possible.
At this time, KRT's dividend yield is a very attractive 16.9%.

Coupled with the chart activity, this situation deserves some attention imo.
