Like all development companies that don't get VC financing HDTV is already diluting its shares to keep operating: freeedgar.com Presumably P is fully aware of the financial picture and thinks it's viable. I am interested in hearing more. For a different approach to HDTV profits, I commend everyone to LPAC, a company that has done very well in 1999.
