water going to be coming from the spigot ?
This is what is frightening to me about Y2K -- everything is on the honor system and most of the time it is like this .... 1% respond and say "we are fine" so the media publishes headline telling everybody everything is fixed without asking any questions and of course nobody THINKS about anything.
