people NOT wanting to use a cell-phone window for most of their PC tasks PCs are universal where I work, so the only market is for upgrades. The bigget change I have noticed over the last year or so is that many more people are getting pagers which allow them to receive a short text message. Half or more of these exchanges could be solved with another short text message, but instead the person has to find a phone, call back, and give their short answer. This is the task that will be automated next, and I believe Dell is handling it by reselling "internet appliances" (at least for now). TP
