My thoughts exactly!!
The following was sent on 12/7/99. As of today I have not received a response, but to be fair, it has only been less than 5 business days.
I may be entirely wrong in my opinion of the Debitek wording....just seems misleading on the low side to me.
Hopefully, I will receive an enlightening response soon:

It seems that after I contacted you the first time, NO ONE knew quite how to handle an investor's query, as my mail was shuffled around from one employee to another before I received a response. Not only that, I was assured that my original concern would be corrected and I now find that it has NOT.
In your 'Markets We Serve' section, under 'Cashless Systems' and Debitek, is it really possible that "There are over 1,100 US institutions, each housing over [ ONLY ] 3,000 students, faculty and staff...."??? I find these figures hard to believe as our local high schools have more students, faculty and staff than THAT! At the very least, please find another way to word that phrase so as to make Debitek more esteemed and valuable.
I am also a bit miffed to find this website NOT current in regards to the recent good news release, ie the Royal Bank, SoftTracks, TELUS and BC Place PR. This release SHOULD be on the first page NOW. More and frequent PR's would be beneficial and enlightening, also!
I would also suggest that you might be well served to have someone monitor the various IVICheckmate stock discussion forums that are on the Internet....Silicon Investor and Raging Bull sites in particular. Investor confidence in this company is faltering, to put it mildly; we are SHAREHOLDERS who want to see our INVESTMENT worth MORE! Addressing our concerns, through proper and approved channels would lend itself to better relations and confidence in CMIV. Read the public message boards on the net and you will understand.
