NOK calling for a meeting! from NOK thread.> Monday's NOK Board Meeting crucial. by: perho 12/12/1999 12:57 pm EST Msg: 13173 of 13175 I think a QCOM - NOK partnership will be a done deal by noon (EST) on Monday, Dec. 13, after secret NOK board deliberations (in conjunction with the stockholders' extraordinary meeting)to OK the final details. Q wants to get this deal on their books for 1999. NOK will get the QCOM handset division for undisclosed cash (perhaps 1.5-2.0Bil). Watch for NOK and Q both to close the week up 20-25%.
