PanAmerican BanCorp, Inc. said months ago that they were going to apply to have a Thrift (read: Bank) as part of their business plan. Nothing has been said about it for several months. I believe that if this comes to fruition it will increase the worth of PABN. Since this has not been mentioned by the company for quite some time, they could be close to completion of this project. Contrary opinions aside, this is my opinion. If you have another you are certainly free to express them on your own time.
