ISYS--I discovered this one through the help of a Barrons interview several months back and then started charting it and got excited.

<<Q: It's time for outsourcing.
A: I'll start with Integral Systems, which is relatively unknown. It offers commercial, off-the-shelf software that can control any satellite, military or commercial, from any manufacturer. This software costs much less than what the makers themselves have been spending to control their birds, only about $1 million against $2-$4 million. ISYS has won 29 out of their last 30 competitions to provide this software.
Looking ahead, about 1,500 birds are scheduled to be launched over the next couple of years. ISYS will soon demonstrate a control center for operating satellites. If this idea flies, it will be one of the biggest outsourcing opportunities of all time.
The stock recently was 24. Our target is 40. ISYS could earn 55 cents a share on revenues of $40 million in the year ending September 30. For fiscal 2000, we see $55-$60 million and 80 cents-$1.>>

I apologize to the thread that in my haste I wrote down neither the Barrons date nor the money manager from whom this was quoted.
